DELIVERY METHODS

You have the possibility to choose between different carrier we’re working with (depending of the countries you would like to get deliver) : Coliposte, DHL and UPS.

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery charges change depending of the number of bottles, carrier and the delivery country. In order to help you in getting the most accurate estimate of the delivery charges, you can add product in your virtual cart and, choose the delivery country and then click OK. You will have immediately your answer.

Free transportation : Free transportation and insurance are offered with Coliposte for all the Grands Vins of the following châteaux : Pétrus, Domaine de la Romanée-Conti Grand Cru, Château d’Yquem (Grand vin), Château Haut-Brion (Grand vin), Château Ausone (Grand vin), Château Cheval Blanc (Grand vin), Château Lafite Rothschild (Grand vin), Château Mouton Rothschild (Grand vin), Château Latour (Grand vin), Château Le Pin, Château Margaux (Grand vin)

To give you an idea of the shipping fees, they are around 20€ for 12 bottles to UK.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is indicated on each product. They’re from 24 hours (business day) since order validation up to 15 business days unless the product is sell, lack of stock or vintage.

Wine shipped within 24 hours : the wines are shipped the same day if the order is place before 12:00am (GMT+1 Paris time) and after order validation. If you choose DHL as a carrier, the delivery will be done the next business day in Europe (unless territories such as Andorra, far away islands and regions) if there are no problems such as strikes, crashes or breakdown. If the carrier is Coliposte, the average delivery time is 5-6 days in Europe and 10-15 business days in the other countries.

Wine shipped within 72 hours : the wines are shipped 3 days after if the order is placed before 12:00am (GMT+1 Paris time) and after order validation. If you choose DHL as a carrier, the delivery will be done in 4 days in Europe (unless territories such as Andorra, far away islands and regions) if there are no problems such as strikes, crashes or breakdown. If the carrier is Coliposte, the average delivery time is 10 days in Europe and 15-20 business days in the other countries.

Wine shipped in 15 business days : The wines are shipped within 15 business days since the order is validate.

PACKAGING

In order to limit the break and steal risks, all our bottles are packed in polystyren shock-absoerber boxes with cardboard and black layer.

Gift wraping : If you want to customize a bottle as a present, you can let us know in the appropriate field while checking out or by contacting us before placing the order. This service is free.

DELIVERY HOURS

Carriers are usually operating during weekdays (monday-friday) 8:00am - 6:00pm.

PARCEL RECEPTION

You hardly have to check all the parcels you’ll get with the driver.

Important : If you get deliver a broken or missing parcel, you have to write it on the delivery receipt. Write down the number and name of the broken or missing bottles. You can also refuse all the parcels and in any case inform us about what happenned.

MISSING DELIVERY

If you are not here when the first delivery is done, you will be informed by a paper dispose by the driver. With DHL, you will have to call them and arrange an other day for the delivery. With Coliposte, you will have 15 days to get your parcel to the closest post office near your place.
